Serve as primary liaison for assigned accounts with responsibility for retention. The Sr. Account Manger will have 5+ years in the healthcare industry and have a flair for client communications and talent for collaborating with C-level clients.
~ Develop a strong relationship with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and presenting performance reports
~Analyze reports, interpret data, and prepare information to be delivered to clients in a timely manner
~ Work within account management software (CRM)
~Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients
~ Manage cross-functional internal teams, including client advocacy, operations and legal departments to improve the client experience
~ Travel monthly for on-site client visits

~ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
~ Minimum of 15 years of account facing roles
~ 10 years of claims processing
~ 5 years of onsite client travel
~ A solid understanding of the healthcare industry - TPA experience is a plus
~ Strong project management skills
~ Strong problem-solving and decision making skills
~ Excellent verbal/listening and written communication skills at all levels of a client's organization
~ Ability to work independently with limited supervision
~ Consultative characteristics when approaching client issues
