As a ScrumMaster, youwill support new product development in support of our Enterprise Wide AgileAdoption. This work will drive innovation and quality across our Digitaldesktop and mobile channels and maintain alignment with overall enterprisestrategies.
This individual will foster open and honest team collaboration and driveprocess improvements towards a more consistent delivery of working software.
This individual must be able to on-board quickly and determine the state of their teams and lead them from the inception through deployment phases and track value delivered accordingly.
Candidate must be able to establish goals and a create plans for their scrumteams and help drive the team towards achieving those goals as a servantleader. The individual will work daily with Product Owners, Business Analysts,Onshore/Offshore development and QA teams and business and IT stakeholders
5+ years prior experience as a Scrum Master in a digital & mobile development environment, including hands-on experience as a servant leader, facilitation of Agile ceremonies and a user of JIRA, Rally or similar tool.
7-10+ years prior experience as a Technical Project Manager using Software/Project Management Lifecycle (SDLC/PMLC) and program and project management techniques, methodologies and best practices for both traditional waterfall and agile approaches.
Proven ability to work across more than one scrum team.
Managing cross team dependencies across our business, release management, third party development & QA and other scrum teams.
Highly effective at removing blockers and working with cross functional and shared services teams to enable improved delivery models.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience of agile ceremonies, practices and techniques for servant leadership, and iterative delivery.
Strong verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels.
Strong facilitation skills with both engineering/technical team and product/business team members.
Strong facilitation skills in both small and large-group settings.
A highly collaborative, energetic team player with demonstrated ability to be flexible, diplomatic, persistent, and energetic.
Comfortable with ambiguity, open to change, working in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
Experience with organizational transparency and continuous improvement techniques.

Job Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor s Degree required
5+ years of direct experience working with Agile Methods, especially facilitation of the scrum process as a servant leader.
7-10+ years of Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, Software Development, Product Management, or QA experience.
Direct experience working with technology and tools used to support Agile practices - experience with Atlassian tools JIRA and Confluence a plus.
Experience working with both onshore and offshore distributed teams

Project Management Professional (PMP) required
Certified Product Owner (CPO) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certifications are preferred.
