Strategic Growth Account Executive Consulting & Agency

The Growth Account Executive is responsible for new business development in the consultancy and marketing agency space.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering sales revenue from our consulting and agency segment in order to meet individual/team quotas and the organization's business objectives
  • Operates as the primary point of contact to the partner (for the purpose of the sale)
  • Responsible for executing the sales process, either alone or through the assembly of a sales and support team
  • Ensures the sales process progresses in a timely fashion and chooses when to terminate the sales process
  • Ensure coordinated management of assigned strategic partnerships within and across Business Units
  • Ensure effective governance and management of the relationship with assigned partner(s) (across all individual products, verticals, and BUs) - balance competing priorities; spot and capitalize on synergies
  • Act as champion for assigned partner(s) within Equifax - ensure sustainable success of the partnership(s) by ensuring value to the partner(s)
  • Balance a focus on day-to-day operations with a strategic focus on long-term opportunities and risks (working closely with BU and vertical leaders, sales leaders, product managers, and marketing managers responsible for the day-to-day operations of products developed and/or sold through assigned partnership(s)
  • Constantly search out, uncover, and ensure evaluation of innovation and new business opportunities with assigned partner(s) - and ensure that adequate resources are assigned to pursue those opportunities
  • Help ensure alignment between account plans for assigned partnerships, Equifax strategy (enterprise, BU, vertical, and channel strategies), partner strategy, and other Equifax products and third party relationships
  • In concert with the Enterprise Alliance Executive, lead the negotiation of new contracts with assigned partners
  • Support the development of alliance tools, processes, and procedures and ensure that they are continuously updated to be in line with industry best practices
  • Coach and support individuals within the BUs who are managing the interface with partners (on an ad hoc basis)
  • Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience in client facing, strategic sales / partnership roles
  • Experience with consultancies or marketing agencies required
  • Experience selling data and insights driven solutions highly preferred
  • Experience in Fraud, Identity Verification, Marketing and Debt Management industries highly preferred
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing or similar field required

    Location

    This is an outside sales role and therefore a remote opportunity. 35-50% travel in various locations across the United States is required, so we are flexible on location. Candidates must be open to travel with access to a home/remote worksite when not on the road.
