  • Developing a strategic vision and tactical product roadmaps.
  • Crafting product and business requirements based on market analysis, business strategy and client needs in the aligned marketplace.
  • Finding opportunities; developing business plans, marketing strategy, pricing strategy, financial and transaction-based forecasts.
  • You work closely with Design, Product Delivery and Development to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly in detailed design specifications and in the construction of the product assigned. You consult with Product Marketing to develop launch plans, define marketing requirements and ensure key product collateral exists; i.e.: product guides, sales presentations, demo scripts, flash demos, feature comparisons, etc.
  • You validate and prioritize requirements including defining benefits and impacts of releases across our business and for clients and sets and achieves subscriber, transactions, quality, revenue and profitability goals.
  • You will lead partnerships with key organizational partners, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, etc. to ensure portfolio success.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the professional Product Management function, through investment in the people, process, technology, and measurement surrounding this function.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Shown success in effectively leading products through key stages of the lifecycle.
  • Strong working knowledge of business financial practices, accounting and business case development, and ability to handle a P&L.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in Product Management standards and practices (Agile, Scrum, Pragmatic Marketing) with particular appreciation for the end-to-end Product Management discipline.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into innovative product plans.
  • Effectively work with other organizational units and lead through influence.
