We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The Account Manager will be the customer facing front figure. They will be a contracted position and not an employee of Fluid Truck Share. They will be responsible of acquiring and managing borrowers as well as revenue.
The Account Manager's role is to manage assigned trucks, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new customers.
? Reservation Management
? Responding to Customer Promptly. AVG response time must be below 15 min ? Closing out reservation
? Claims: File Damage claims; manage the claims & repair process; get the vehicle approved for repair.
? Sales & Marketing the Vehicles
? Go to businesses to acquire new customers
? Re-engage existing customers that have fallen off.
? Vehicle Management
? Maintenance scheduling and management
? Coordinating non scheduled maintenance
? Monthly Inspection & Cleaning
? Plates and renewals
? Ensuring compliances with local ordinances
? Trained by Market Manger
? Start 1-2 vehicles, gradually add vehicles: keep vehicle utilization above 40%, and we'll add vehicles to your account. If vehicle utilization is below 30%, we may remove vehicles from your account.
? Preliminary goal is to get to 50 vehicles
? Ultimate goal is to get to 100 vehicles per AM
? Heavily commission based. 20% of the net rental revenue produced by each truck. This can range between $500-$5,000 based upon seasonality and the type of truck. The Dodge Ram Promasters are the primary target vehicle, which ranges from $600-$2800 per month in gross rental revenue.
? Compensation is set to be aggressive to attract aggressive sales and account manager people.
Once you build your base of borrowers, you'll only spend one hour of management per month per truck.
Experience as an Account Manager or related profession
Excellent communication skills
Basic vehicle knowledge
Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needs.
