We are seeking a National Enterprise Account Manager, to develop and close deals for eFax Corporate products. You will develop, retain existing enterprise clients nationwide, and provide inputs for products, solutions, feedback, and services across all industries, Healthcare strongly preferred. Develop specific account plans for existing accounts as well as maintain CRM and an accurate up-to-date pipeline forecast, be intimate with existing customer use cases and challenges, have a high degree of integrity, ability to build trust and loyalty with clients and a good steward of the companys resources and profits.
Direct sales across all verticals within existing named customer base nationwide
Develop plan for each named account for further penetration and expansion
Professionally manage both the pre and post sales activities for the products and services
Close new business within the base of accounts
Assist in the expansion and refinement of j2s sales strategy and execute plan accordingly
Develop existing customer relationships to substantially grow baseline business.
Provide feedback from external markets to j2 Marketing and Product Management Team.
Instruct and manage, provide data and referrals for inside team for tele- and other direct marketing approaches
Create and manage RFIs, RFPs, contracts, amendments and proposals
Ability to present and provide basic product demonstrations
Define various buying influencers within an organization and manage a complex sale.
Negotiate final proposal to agreement on existing customer growth
Minimum 10+ years account management experience in similar industries
BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Up to 50% travel, need to be near a major airport to support the territory, required sales meetings and events
Experience managing a large territory, self-discipline, and ability to work from a virtual home office
A proven track record of successfully selling high tech products and services, preferably software-as-a-service
Track record of quickly growing and generating sales from large corporate accounts in an emerging market
Ability to connect with and converse with C suite executives about business, related challenges and solutions
Background in document creation, management and delivery
General understanding of document and information security
Excellent Excel, written, verbal and presentation skills
