We have a really exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales / Lead Generation Manager to join a rapidly expanding global market leader based in their Rutherford, NJ office.
The successful candidate must be an expert in Salesforce CRM and ideally Pardot Marketing Automation.
Your role will be to work closely with the sales and marketing leadership teams to:
- Map key sales processes and build them into Salesforce
- Provide strategic sales process development
- Create key triggers and reports using Salesforce to support senior management
- Track prospects and customers through Salesforce to identify potential issues or wins (such as, if customers haven't responded to x then this needs immediate follow up from account manager etc.)
- Working closely with the VP of Marketing to focus on lead generation and inbound sales using both Salesforce and Pardot
Dependant on your experience and background you could also be managing a small team of inside sales reps focused around lead generation activities such as pre-events follow up, post-event follow up, website visitor follow up, inquiry follow up and general customer research and contact.
The position offers a base salary of $80k-$120k dependant on your skills and experience and a very rewarding full benefits and bonus plan.
