The Commercial Banking Client Service team is considered an integral part of the overall relationship team. Service team members serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients and are expected to be the client advocate while being ultimately responsible for the client experience through the handling of the service and account management needs of clients who utilize domestic and international depository and treasury products.
The CB Client Service team is seeking a Program Manager who will lead the Client Service Product Readiness Project team and have responsibility for preparing the national service organization for all product-related changes; ensuring the teams have the appropriate communication, tools and training to successfully respond to and execute client requests.
Core Responsibilities:
* Trusted advisor in execution of Product roadmap, effectively collaborating with Treasury leadership in CB and CIB Treasury Product forums (i.e. Change Readiness, NBIA, Ready to Launch) to assess impact of product changes, define rollout plan and confirm readiness for international and domestic teams
* Manage staff of skilled Program Managers/Project Managers ensuring proper training as well as capacity and performance management.
* Develop team's soft skills and subject matter expertise, to serve as strong internal consultants and solutions architects. Goal is for each team member to consistently demonstrate a collaborative, proactive and solution oriented approach to project management versus progress tracking and reporting.
* Build comprehensive platform within CB Client Service by utilizing strong technical aptitude of Treasury Management products and CB Client Service processes and tools to mitigate client impacts.
* Develop CB Client Service impact assessment, engaging SMEs within the business, domestic and international, as necessary.
* Drive the analysis and definition of solutions across key business, regulatory, or control priorities.
* Provide management with quality analysis, thoughtful recommendations, and key reporting to make decisions on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
* Responsible for determining and communicating Go/No Go decisions and influencing Product team based on those decisions.
* Utilizes direct and indirect influencing skills to drive progress, track/monitor/report detailed project activity.
* Integrate effective change management and training techniques to drive end user adoption
* Design and lead team to execute readiness plan for CB Client Service teams; inclusive of client request management tools, staffing, policy and procedure, regulatory and training impacts
* Own and resolve any gaps identified post deployment through partner influence and coordination
* Represent CB Client Service in Monthly Product Business Review Meetings
* Prepare and deliver regular updates and recommendations to Executive Management
* Able to manage influence and motivation upward and downward

Qualifications
Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree
* 10 years of Cash Management and Treasury Services experience and knowledge
* 7 years of relevant experience, specifically change and/or program/project management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong presentation and negotiating skills
* Strong ability to influence and collaborate
* Demonstrate creative problem solving, solid judgment and decision making
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, and ability to adapt to a changing environment
* Travel expected to be less than 10%

Preferred Qualifications:
* International experience
* CTP or PMI certifications
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of Financial Technology, Digital Innovation and/or Securities Operations a plus
