Our client, a prominent health insurance company, is currently seeking a Product Manager for a 6 month contract to Permanent opportunity. The position is located in San Francisco, CA.
*Candidate must be Local to work onsite. Sponsorships are NOT available.

W2 hourly rate during contract is up to $53 per hour
Overview and responsibilities below;




  • Define and drive a member-facing product strategy for mobile and desktop applications, focusing on features that engage users and facilitate their access to care and plan management tools

  • Support ongoing SAS implementation efforts, interfacing regularly with vendors related to contractual commitments and development targets

  • Develop a deep understanding of our digital customer experience, while identifying and filling existing software product development gaps

  • Assess quantitative and qualitative data that can be translated into product deliverables (Data-Driven) with measurable KPIs

  • Ensure ease of use through clean and coherent user interfaces and experiences

  • Prioritize improvements and activities based on business and customer impact

  • Advocate internally and externally to build awareness and understanding of company s digital products

  • Manage and mentor Product Owners



The ideal candidate will hold 4+ years of Product experience with a proven track record of delivering consumer-facing digital experiences, ability to work with scrum/agile teams and manage story backlogs in JIRA or similar product. Digital or Tech experience with prior healthcare is a plus.
