First year Total Compensation is just under 6 figures.
Ideal candidates should possess strong business and analytical acumen, with the ability to work independently and on a team to deliver world class results. Partner with some of the largest and most respected and well known national brands/vendors delivering on SLA, providing operational support to grow the business. Plus, once youve mastered this role, promote to a leadership role on the Vendor Management Service Team OR based on personal preference and skillset, join the Brand Team, Instock Team (Planning/Inventory) Buying Team, or Other.
Above all, you will be the face of the company to vendors and must demonstrate a high level of pride and ownership to the vendor experience.
Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational support to all vendors
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently
Contribute to training local and remote team members specific to their vendors and product lines.
Serve as the first point of contact for all vendor service requests and escalations. Handle inbound service requests and ensure that they are properly assigned or addressed.
Work cross functionally with other departments
College degree required
Computer skills like Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
2 - 6 years previous corporate retail experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
