Recruiting and building a team of Account Managers, including talent management, team development, mentoring
Working with Account Management senior leadership to establish territories, targets, revenue budgets and goals.
Build strong working relationships with leaders across Neustar products and services to ensure client successes and outcomes
Providing accurate forecasts of the portfolio revenue for planning
Retain and Grow Revenue: working with our clients to ensure Neustar is seen as a valued and integral partner to achieving their goals, resulting in revenue growth for our clients and Neustar
Direct accountability for account revenue goals (renewals), revenue growth, planning and forecasts
Work closely with Customer Success/delivery and product to achieve client objectives
Working with Account Executives (sales) as owners of strategic deals to grow the accounts
Represents positioning the Neustar portfolio of products and solutions to clients
Lead the AM team in building Account Business Plans and Strategies
Responsible for having a clear understanding of the clients business needs, strategy, business imperatives as well as their business goal and targets
Have a documented POV on how Neustar solutions individually and combined can drive value at the Key clients (typically > $100k) , and specifically which products/solutions should or could play a role
Coordinating and prioritize how Neustar resources engage on an account
Primary Client Contact: You will also serve as the primary senior point of contact for your client portfolio
Ensure we build and maintain relationships across our client organizations including upper and lower level contacts in the portfolio as needed to retain and grow revenue including senior (CMO, VP) and mid-tier (Dir) relationships
The ultimate client escalation point for any concerns with regard to personnel, deliverables, finance/billing, support issues that are not being addressed to the clients satisfaction
Help the client navigate Neustar- connect client with the right resources and contacts as needed to explore additional solutions, resolve issues, etc., handling anything out of the ordinary or unclear
What You Bring to the Table:
10+ years of experience in Account Management/ Client Success positions within a technology environment.
Proven success managing and growing an account portfolio.
Strong consultative, analytical and strategic capability; always thinking about what's next and able to deliver a compelling business case for bringing new ideas forward.
Experience leading a team of direct and indirect reports across various disciplines (account management, delivery, customer success, pre-sales, product) to drive client outcomes and value.
Experience with Marketing and/or Risk Analytics Solutions.
Experience working in evolving matrixed organizational structures, and maximizing resources
Strong oral and written communication, organizational and analytical skills. Effectively shares/ disseminates information; listens to others and incorporates/integrates information.
Must be able to meet established deadlines, while working with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. Able to juggle multiple priorities at one time.
A self-starter, with the ability to quickly change course and adapt to meet business needs.
Positive and consistent attitude; good sense of humor is a plus!
