Job description

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Channel/Sales Account Managerwho is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from beginning to end. Our ideal candidate will service our customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Channel/Sales Account Managerwill constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.


  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product tosolve the customers problem.
  • Build, maintain and strengthen trusted client relationships to ensure an ongoing partnership with the customer.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers that meet or exceed established quotas via prospecting, networking and referral activities within a regional market.
  • Work collaboratively with team to communicate and execute organizational goals.
  • Develop new and alternative ways to achieve sales goals.
  • Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product feature
  • Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized.
  • Create and maintain solid reporting to easily track and measure current and future sales channels.
  • Be willing to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).

  • An Associates Degree.
  • A minimum of 8 years of a proven track record in account management and selling computer, hardware, and/or technology products in the distribution channel.
  • Prior experience in B2B Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, accessories, and peripherals.
  • Experience working in small to mid-sized business.
  • A general understanding of the principles of sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
  • Strong ability to form interpersonal relations.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
  • Preferred Qualities:

  • Bachelors in marketing, business, or other related fields.
  • 10years of B2B Sales experience.
  • PC Gaming industry knowledge and/or experience.
