What you get to do every single day - Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications - Using online resources to research information - Providing key partners with project information - Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents - Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress - Handling data analysis and report development, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations - Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Making travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project related events
