What you get to do every single day - Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications - Using online resources to research information - Providing key partners with project information - Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents - Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress - Handling data analysis and report development, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations - Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Making travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project related events
- Detailed and have the ability work independently - Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel - Deep understanding of market research - Command of numeric data entry - Foundational knowledge in alphanumeric data entry - Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - Skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Expertise in database and file management - Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required - Applicants are preferred to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field; a high school diploma or its equivalent is required - 1 year of business/office experience required If you are interested in this position please send your resume to Rebecca Reese at [Click Here to Email Your Resum ]
