What you get to do every single day - Utilizing online research tools to find information - Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers - Creating written records of meetings and maintaining task and progress records - Handling data analysis and report development, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations - Help out project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Providing key partners with project information - Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary - Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events - BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma or its equivalent required - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software - PowerPoint - Microsoft Excel experience preferred - Practical knowledge of editing - Foundational knowledge in records maintenance - Background working with copying - Typing 45 - 60 words per minute experience highly preferred - General familiarity with navigating basic office equipment and protocols - MS Outlook experience - Customer service experience - Demonstrated knowledge of composing various kinds of correspondence - Earlier work involving Microsoft Word - Proficiency in expense reports - Adeptness in email - Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is preferred - 1 year of experience in a business/office setting required - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - Be detailed, flexible, and organized - Expertise in database and file management - Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required If you are interested in this position please send your resume to Rebecca Reese at [Click Here to Email Your Resum ]
