We are looking for a results driven individual to help our Scientific Professional Services expand our current sales territory and capture new business. This individual will research, plan and execute lead generation activities including local and national accounts along with assisting in marketing and promotional areas.
Liaise with AEs (Account Executives) to address local & national accounts
Working with Sales/Marketing personnel in developing new business
Communicating with laboratory operations staff and GM regarding customer requests and project requirements
Project managing specific customer accounts
Promoting cooperation and teamwork among staff
Works with the recruiting team to fill open positions and conducts interviews
Assist in preparation of lead generation plan for local/national coverage with GM and AEs
Represent Pace Analytical to prospective clients and existing clients through a focused business development plans from GM and AEs
Make initial customer calls
Track and documents all sales and opportunity activity within the customer relationship management system (CRM)
Assist with marketing materials and efforts for certain markets/regions
Execute mass email campaign
Collaborate with program managers and operational staff to support the development of relationships with customers
BA/BS in Chemistry, Biology, or related science
Detail oriented, highly motivated, and skilled at time management
Experience with telemarketing/lead generation preferred
Prior experience with CRM systems
