Qualcomm is seeking an experienced marketing and business strategist to drive the integrated marketing plan for the Snapdragon Mobile Platforms team.
The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced marketing professional with strong business acumen. It requires a comprehensive understanding of managing a holistic 360-degree marketing plan across various channels to drive measurable results. This individual will have demonstrated an aptitude for technology and innovation, established a track-record of results through problem solving and decision-making under complex and competing requirements, and demonstrated commitment and perseverance in delivering strategic and financial outcomes. Strong communicator and inclusive collaborator who can drive creativity and enthusiasm in others and is able to employ unique marketing techniques. This person must be a go-getter and be able to work independently without constant direction.
This position is responsible for launching the Snapdragon Mobile Platforms products at various tiers for the Marketing team. They need to be experienced in targeting OEMs, ODMs, analysts, and media at a B2B2C angle. The ability to drive marketing strategy and programs, develop winning positioning and messaging against aggressive timelines, coupled with a cross-functional collaborative style, are essential.
Responsible for strategy, development, socialization, alignment, execution and measurement of an integrated global marketing strategy for product launches. It must achieve key business objectives and success metrics, such as Share of Voice, message pull through, industry awareness and engagement all the way to partner integration.
Drive implementation of high impact and differentiated product planning and messaging content for PR, AR, executive presentations, conferences, tradeshows, customer programs, on line forums, social media, web demonstrations and traditional visual, written product and service communications.
Manage creation and inventory of content-rich, high-impact marketing tools such as photos, videos, presentations, measurement, written blog posts, and product briefs to drive premium feature wins and share of voice.
Collaborate and align with all cross - functional teams from PR, Digital, Media, Brand, Event product technologies etc for successful integrated planning
Construct product use-cases to highlight platform benefits, translating into messaging for B2B2C
Manage mobile platform marketing roadmap and technology tables
Resource for internal stakeholders across disciplines and regions for input regarding media inquiries, competitive response, OEM launches, and more

12 years of progressive responsibilities and demonstrated leadership in marketing, product marketing, program management, and channel management, including taking mobile products to market
Building collaboration with other teams and cross-functional teamwork is a must
Solid understanding of the mobile smartphone industry, channels, competition and B2B2C strategy.
Demonstrated track-record of building brand and positioning leadership, preference, commitment, across both channels and consumers.
Proven project management skills and the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously in a quick paced environment
Track-record of creating and presenting to executives, peers, customers, press, analysts, and partners.
Ability to take complex and detailed strategies, initiatives, or projects and summarize at the executive- level succinctly and with impact
Display the ability to understand and manage cross-functional business issues, create executable options, and negotiate win-win solutions.
Problem solving, and data analysis skills are important in recognizing trends and areas for opportunity. Must be able to present this data in multiple formats to constituents across the company and customers
