We're seeking an enthusiastic, driven, customer-centric AE (Inside Sales All-Star) to join our world-class sales and growth team. This role will work hand-in-hand with our top Sales and BD professionals and will be focused on outbound calling and email to existing opportunities. If you are a highly motivated, tech savvy, producer seeking a critically important role in a fast-paced environment, this might be your destiny.

This role has limitless opportunity for growth, with an expectation to grow into a fully producing part of our core sales unit.

Job Requirements:

  • Contact existing opportunities to re-ignite interest in Luxer One

  • Share new insights and answer questions for aged opportunities

  • Set qualified appointments with current pipeline of prospects using a mix of phone calls, email and social media

  • Research / contact / qualify & schedule prospects for existing and new markets

  • Support sales team with Trade-Show prep and follow up

  • Manage and update CRM with speed and precision. You should be the best in the organization at this

  • Achieve / exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly goals

  • An unwavering commitment to make a massive positive impact on our sales numbers

  • Qualifications:

  • 4 Year degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

  • 2-4 years sales development or related inside sales experience

  • Experience indicative of success in fast-moving environment with complex learning requirements

  • Preferred experience in real estate, technology, or relevant outside [outbound] sales

  • Confidence on the phone. Professional, articulate, and comfortable writing emails and speaking to executives and business owners alike

  • Goal-oriented, focused, and persistent
