TUUCI is searching for a new team member who embodies passion and performance in the Sales department and will report to the VP of Sales. The Account Manager services as the primary business contact for our national and international restaurant chain, theme parks, cruise line, marine and beverage clients. The Account Manager s main responsibility is to build and fortify the relationships with clients (existing and new) and to identify and encourage new business opportunities. Other responsibilities may include:


  • Manage existing national accounts (several Fortune 500 companies). Generates all assigned client sales forecasts and contract renewals.
  • Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and the client(s) expectations are met.
  • Manage projects using defined management tools and communication vehicles (CRM and ERP system).
  • Trains and assists sales distribution channel, including independent reps and specifiers. Maintain awareness of opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance and product development departments to ensure successful launch of solutions for client issues.

We prefer candidates with 3+ years of experience in sales support and/or account management role within a related industry. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related area of study is also preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture business relationships. Ability to use independent judgement with a high level of initiative. Proven project managment skills including negotation, scheduling and contract managment. Experience working in a fast paced and quick turnaround environment where organizational skills and high attention to detail are essential. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (especially EXCEL and Outlook). An interest in and an ability to travel for client visits and industry events (approximately 4 times a year).
