Will partner with internal and external constituents to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, best practices are followed and the projects are consistent with overall portfolio management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a high degree of discipline, project management, critical thinking, and attention to detail, strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (Marketing or Business Degree Preferred)
  • Six or more years of experience in advertising or marketing industry
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience
  • Preferred Skills Sets / Experience This position requires a high caliber professional - someone with solid background in Project Management and Direct Mail.
  • Strong Project management skills
  • 6 to 8 years experience with marketing and solid understanding of financial products or related industry.
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage large and complex projects (Printing, direct mail and digital channel)
  • Attention to detail, Leadership skills, Critical thinking
  • Flexible, able to deal with ambiguity
  • High degree of discipline and being able to adapt quickly to change
  • Quick learner, proactive and big picture thinker
  • Ability to build strong working relationship with internal clients and external vendors
  • Financial Industry understanding
