Were seeking a Head of Product Analytics / Senior Product Manager Analytics, based at Western Unions Digital Headquarters location in San Francisco, California (near AT&T Park). Youll help foster a culture of data driven decision making including - testing, learning, iterating and improving to unlocking growth opportunities at a rapid pace. Youll have a deep understanding of analytics tools and social channels and ability to leverage them in pursuit of growth.

This position is for Head of product Analytics for WU digital. As head of product analytics your role will include:
Establishing policies, practices, standards for measuring product and business performance
Govern policy around analytics standards, instrumentation and implementation/maintenance of analytics platforms.
Working with various stakeholders including other product groups, business groups and engineering to ensure they have easy (self service) access to data to make better decisions
Train and guide various product, engineering teams on how to instrument analytics correctly.
Train and guide global business teams, engineering and product on how to effectively use (mostly self service) business analytics tools
What you will need to succeed:
BA/BS in Computer Science or engineering, business, or equivalent
8-12 years of experience in Product Management (Web / mobile, B2C, OmniChannel, Customer Experience Products)
At least 2-3 years of experience in event based analytics tool product.
Experience managing a team of Product Managers
Strong experience of agile required
Ability to break down requirements into epics and stories, grooming and elaboration of stories
Ability to negotiate with engineering, UI, UX, Content on the story scope, complexity etc.
Strong business writing, numerical analysis and verbal communication skills
Get things done attitude; Self-motivated, with the ability to roll-up sleeves and prioritize critical deadlines
Experience working with multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with different cultural backgrounds
Ability to work seamlessly with matrix teams, and juggle projects across multiple networks and platforms
Attention to detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences
What will make you stand out:
Certification in Scrum Product Owner is preferred
Past technical background, with 3 years in an engineering role preferred
Knowledge or exposure in Implementing event base analytics tool is preferred
